Re:      Rate Increase ~ Board Elections ~ Progress Reports

Rate Increase

To maintain the financial health of the District, the Board is anticipating a sewer increase of $1.50. Please note that this is a pass-through cost that we are charged by the City of Woodland Park for providing sewer services. The basic water fee and water use fee will remain the same.

This rate increase will go into effect on your February 1^st bill (2023):

Basic Water Fee        $41                                           same

Water Use Fee          $12/every 1,000 gallons      same

Sewer Fee                  $37                                          $38.50

Board Elections

In May we will hold the election for the Board of Directors.  There are 3 seats open for election and we invite all residents to consider serving for a term.
